Christmas Time Is Here!

I am sorry that my posts have been few and far between - but I've been caught up in the Christmas rush and didn't feel comfortable posting about products and material posessions this year. I'm most grateful for my family, friends and health - especially in such bad times! Wishing you all the merriest of holidays - and I will see you next year!

Swaps!

Looky what I got from my lovely swap partner. A beautiful letterpress calendar from Linda & Harriet! Hurray! Thanks for setting this up Caroline! If I had to have picked one for myself - this would have been it. I love it!

Help.

I am going to a James Bond theme party for New Years. I am totally stuck on a costume. Anyone have a particular Bond girl in mind that would be great? Or even a great Bond character that I could portray?

Keep in mind, I am not wearing a bikini.

Success.

Brunch was a rousing good time.

Alas, the eggs were a no-go but the amount of food that was made was quite overwhelming. In fact, I still have a tray of french toast in my fridge.

Here is the pumpkin choco chip loaf recipe to steal (that I stole) - and the corn flake french toast is a secret (a.k.a I don't know how the heck my man made it) - but try this one if you dare.

Thanks to all who came!

Holiday Brunch.

Wow. I did not blog all week. Shame, shame on me. This Sunday I am hosting a big brunch for 12 of my dearest friends (or maybe more - I have lost count). With that said, here is the menu I am thinking of:

Bagels with homemade scallion and bacon cream cheese
Corn flake crusted french toast
Scrambled eggs with cheese
Fruit salad
Pumpkin chocolate chip loaf
Holiday sugar cookies
Coffee
Mimosas out of these cups!

I will be sure to post about the party on Monday. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend!

Yes. They're pricey. But nobody - and I mean nobody - makes better holiday stockings than Hable.

Frohe Weihnachten.

Cute holiday tags for sale on etsy by my girl Dallas Shaw!. Ch-ch-check 'em out.

Ring, Ring.

Goes my heart. Love this print. And it's only $10 on sale!!!

Coat Closet.

Upon reviewing my winter outdoor apparel collection - I have come to realize that it's probably best that I didn't win that BOMB ASS VINTAGE COAT off ebay. I may have shed some tears and stomped my foot until I turned beet red, but no matter. I'll just polish off my Marc Jacobs peacock coat (yea thats right - the one with the blue stripes from his '06 line - no bigs) and call it a day. But then again - this is pretty fricken cute. And it has a bow. And it's gray and wool and fantastic. And it has cobalt lining. Am I in love again?

Can't Decide.

Do we love or hate?

Vespa.

Yep. Need this. A dachsund AND a mint green vespa? Two things that I think about everyday!
