Yes, we put a very opulent black and gold wallpaper in my mother's powder room. It's over the top and divine. I say "we" because I picked it out and she put it up. I'm good that way.
I vote yes, as long as your bathroom is very well ventilated. Ours isn't so it always gets very foggy and humid in there and I would worry that wallpaper would be damaged or bubble up. If you have the right set up and patience to put it up I think it will look fantastic!

i've done the stripes thing and let me tell ya...its harder than it looks in those fancy magazines! i frigged up big time.
I vote YES. I also vote to hire someone to hang it because hanging wallpaper also harder than it looks.
